I own a small family operated company that I started in 1993. I've had up's and downs as we all do. I got bamboozled by a tricky salesperson that works for this "establishment" in the off season approximately the beginning of March 2021 when I was recovering from injuries and had been unable to physically work for 9 months. Icing on the cake, covid hits and the off season as my work is seasonal. I had saved throughout my career just in the case I ever fell into times in which I was doubtful I would recover from. I received a cold call from what seemed to be a trustworthy " smooth talking " gentleman whom I will not mention his name. He promised that he and Top Floor Marketing would change everything, made me feel special and said they were looking for people just like me to grow their business etc... after several months of endless calls text messages and emails and when I thought or when I was convinced that I had to do this to pull out of my hard comings and try for a new start I fell for his Jargon. I was hesitant to work with a company I had never met, and definitely concerned about the quality and workability after. My project is complete, the website has been turned into me. Gus spent much time with me explaining how it works and how easy it will be to make simple changes.They didn't cuff me to them and make me feel like after this transaction was over, Id still need more from them.
