We used Top Dogs for the first time today, on our arrival we were greeted by Diana who was super gentle and kind,clearly someone who understands a range of dogs. She took time to calm Pippa, and we left feeling that she was in good hands. Upon collection Pippa looked absolutely amazing. Diana has listened to our requirements and Pippa seemed happy and content. Nice visit to Top Dogs Grooming Spa on Monday. Diana is such a lovely person, both us and our little doggy were made to feel welcome a comfortable. Our dog was treated to a lovely little grooming session and she loves it. She come out looking even more beautiful, soft and well pampered. Diana took her time making sure everything was done to perfection and I cant recommend her enough. For a personal experience, with every care to attention, this is the place to bring your loved furry member of the family. Lovely little touches like doggy perfume and a cute little bow tie to show off a well pampered pooch. The name speaks volumes. Top service for Top Dogs. I wont be going anywhere else from now on. We took Paddy our 4 year old cockapoo to Top Dog Grooming Spa yesterday for the first time, we were so happy with the service we received. From beginning to end Diane was very professional, she was very understanding when I explained Paddy gets a bit nervous when he has a bath and promised to take her time with him and give him some breaks and treats along the way. I took my 12 week old German Shepherd puppy to Diana and she put both of us at ease straight away! Diana had said that I should take him to just get used to the environment, without any grooming ( and at no charge) She is a dog owner herself and is clearly is a dog lover as she took time to introduce herself to my little fur ball and even had treats to hand!
