Spent over $2,000 at this place. They did amazing work with my dog Khaleesi about two years back. Im not going to 1 them bc Sean did amazing. But I do want to give them a 1 star. I'm about to buy a puppy and had about 7 questions to ask Sean. But the lady at the desk only wanted money from me. I guess me spending $2k at their Establishment doesn't give you a 2 minute phone call. Telling me I have to come in for a consultation and that it will cost me money. Pretty ridiculous!!! Anyways I guess a 2 minute phone call is too much for them and they only want money. I was gonna bring my puppy in eventually for some training too but now that I see all they care about is money. I'm just gonna take my business elsewhere. They're lucky I didn't give them a 1 star review. Which they deserve. More...

Sean is the real deal. Great trainer-- really down to earth and committed to your success. I would definitely recommend to others. If I can offer any feedback it would be to honor private sessions no matter how long the boarding session took place. Its because of the awesome training that owners and dogs may be doing great for a extended period of time. It will be nice to know that whenever a crisis arises I have the support I need because I’ve already purchased sessions and not have to feel like I must schedule a session to go over stuff that is already working and waste a lot of money. That security of knowing if something goes wrong years later I still have support was very comforting. Disappointment while being in a crisis isn’t a good feeling. I have yet to find a better place for dog training. Shawn and his team are knowledgeable, professional and obviously love what they do. They live and breath K9s and it definitely shows in their work. I really like how they train you also to set you up for success with whatever goal you are trying to reach. I've done obedience training here as well as personal protection training. My dog, Falkor, was trained at Top Dog in 2015 and he is just the best service dog ever. He works with me at Redemption Psychiatry and thanks to his wonderful trainers, he has touched thousands of lives and inspired many of my patients to get their dog trained at Top Dog too. We can't say enough about Shawn and his team, they are simply amazing. Shawn is fabulous. I have 2 Rottweilers he taught me to train. Patient and a great dog behaviorist. This is the first time in my long history of owning dogs that I have actually become the "Alpha Dog. " I trust him and his trainers implicitly. Top Dog Boarding and Training is a fantastic team, THE team! The first time I went there, I just really liked the reception, very friendly, people skills, and a good feeling. I got to sit down with Shawn and discuss the best possible plan for our puppy. I enjoyed how friendly and natural it felt to talk, and I knew then that this was the place. We signed up for the 5 private lessons, which is 1 lesson per week. We could see right away the impact of this partnership on our pup from lesson 1. After the lessons, we signed up for the 6 week program Boarding and training. We were able before hand to see the facility where he would stay, and I was pleased to notice that the premises were well maintained and clean, they have a schedule with all the dogs names, time of feeding, time of training, the state of their bowel movements, and who is in charge of who and what, very detailed. The kennel where the pups were staying were a nice size, way bigger than what you get at the vet.Our pup is the best dog I have ever own and I believe that Top Dog is the reason for that. I recommend Top Dog to anyone I know, no comparison with any other trainers out there, the expertise is there and so is the passion, and that is what makes it even more awesome!Thank you Top Dog! Shawn Thompson is an amazing trainer. When my Rottweiler "rocky" was a puppy, he was out of control. I sent rocky with shawn to his 1 week boot camp and at the end of the week when rocky came home he was a completely different dog. Rocky is now 7 and I have used shawn over the course of the years for continues training. Every time we go on vacation we always take rocky to shawn's place for boarding.
