I am a Personal Trainer based in Rainham, Kent. I have a PT studio at my home which offers a variety of training techniques dependant on your goals or needs in a completely private setting. I can also deliver sessions in your own home.

I provide a 24/7 service for YOU which begins with a FREE consultation & movement analysis.

During the consultation we will discuss what you want to achieve from undertaking personal training, goals, exercise history, nutrition history and current lifestyle. We will also carry out a movement analysis in the studio or at your home.

The movement analysis allows me to determine any imbalances and mobility issues, enabling me to tailor a personal training programme specifically for you. This will enhance your results achieved through training.

I believe that meal plans do not ensure sustainability, so you would be coached on the importance of nutrition and how to make the right choices to achieve your goals and maintain them long term. You will however have access to over 250 recipes that are not only delicious but also the calories have all been worked out for you.

On top of this, you will have unlimited contact to me so you could ask any questions you may have to make sure you're on track. You will be able to check in with me via Email/FaceTime/Skype so I can supply feedback on how the week has gone.

The personal training services I offer are completely tailored to YOU, your GOALS and your LIFESTYLE.

I can't recommend Tony at Top Condition Personal Training enough. He tailors the programmes for your personal goals & requirements; he also pushes you but without the intimidating way some personal trainers can. I'm the strongest & leanest I've been and my measurements are at their lowest. Tony is much more than a PT, he is always at the end of the phone to give you advice & encouragement, he makes you realise you are doing well even when it doesn't feel that way. He gives nutrition advice, recipes, weekly challenges and is also my personal councillor - I'm proud to call Tony my PT :)

I've been with Tony for just over 3 years now ..... I couldn't recommend him highly enough.... the service he gives is tailed to each of his clients and whether you are with him for the long haul or just a short while he always gives 100% to help you acheive your goal ..... he advices you on your diet as well as exercise he is very knowledgeable and offers support throughout .... he is much more than just a "PT" instructor ...... I'm 44 and have never been as body confident as I am now I wear clothes that I didn't feel comfortable in before and Tony has given me that confidence..... you need to be committed and consistent with all his advice and you will definitely get the results you want .... take the plunge and enjoy your new body confidence.

I have steadily put on weight over the past 10 years up to the point where I really started to feel unhealthy and pretty low about how I looked. Having joined and left several gyms, tried out most diets and fallen off the wagon every time, I got in touch with Tony at Top Condition PT. He has been really supportive and helped me to understand what I need to be doing in order to lose body fat consistently and to keep it off. Having the support but also the accountability has helped during those times when (inevitably) my motivation has dipped and although I still have a way to go, I am already really pleased with my progress. I can't recommend Tony's services highly enough.

Great attention to your specific needs. Very knowledgeable and works with your body, working around any problems you have. Goes the extra mile, always there for help and advice outside of the gym (shed!). Reasonably priced too compared to other PT's. Top PT - highly recommend Tony.

Have been training with Tony at top condition for 2 years now, in my experience of lots of personal trainers he is the best, he listens and knows each clients limits! He's always there to get hold of and helps whenever he can, he's changed my way of thinking regarding suppplements and stupid no sugar diets! I am now the leanest and lowest weight I've ever been, and that's with eating whatever I want to within my calories! Win win!!!!

Working with Tony has changed my whole attitude and approach to exercise and nutrition. I never thought I would ever enjoy working out, but I actually look forward to the sessions. He makes you feel completely comfortable as he is very open and approachable, with no question unaskable. With his personalised approach, Tony has used his vast knowledge and expertise to guide me and help me make progress both in the gym and out. The support doesn't stop in the sessions, making himself available for any issues or queries throughout the week. Brilliant all round service!

Tony is truly an expert in fitness and nutrition and his commitment to me personally goes above and beyond a trainer. Tony provides constant support contact and encouragement and is a real motivator.
