Great help with having a new puppy, built confidence for both us and the dog

I would highly recommend taking your puppy to happy puppy classes. Cheryl is super friendly and very knowledgable and co-ran a very informative and super fun puppy class. They quickly identified that our puppy didn’t have much confidence and Thanks to their guidance our puppy grew with tonnes of confidence and is no longer scared of other dogs. As well as this she was very reassuring and supportive of me and my husband as dog owners (as we have the same breed) and we too have gained confidence and relaxed. We will certainly be attending the classes again once harry is older and enters into the teen years. Thank you Cheryl More...

I own a dog walking business and have used Cheryl on several occasions to come and assess a dogs behaviour with me and give a second opinion. The fact that she has given insightful and highly useful advice has been a cause of constant irritation to me!! Highly recommended none the less 'Woof (&Meow) Newport' More...

Kath and Cheryl have helped with my Charlie's nervousness around new people. Cheryl came to our home and assessed Charlie in her own environment and reassured us that she is perfectly fine and just takes time to build up trust in new people. The whole service was very friendly and professional. After Cheryl's visit she emailed me her assessment on Charlie, so we could refer back to should we wish. Highly recommended. More...

Kath has been looking after my 2. 5 year old Jack Russell cross dachshund, Bertie for nearly a year now . Bertie has many little " quirks", the first one . ..suddenly becoming a nightmare eater and refusing to eat out of the bowl . He is now eating raw food in a bowl every day at Kath's house! Bertie had started to become reactive on the lead with some dogs and has an issue with things on wheels approaching him. He runs to " tell off" tractors, bikes etc which can be rather stressful . After working with Kath and endless patience on her part, Bert now listens, watches her and can be distracted from any potential hazards . He loves Kath and though I trust very few people with him, I trust her implicitly and value any advice she gives... and I need it! More...

Cheryl has been hugely helpful with one of the dogs I walk. Jasper was classed as reactive. But with Cheryl’s knowledge and experience she was able to show me how to work with him. Jasper is now able to enjoy some off lead time playing with other pooches! More...

My dog Kira has been in Kathryn's care since late 2016 from a very young age. As we were new to the German Shepherd owners club, there were times when we didn't understand certain aspects of Kira's behaviour, and sought advice and guidance from Kathryn and Cheryl on how best to address issues - particularly barking at strangers (and when you have a big dog, this issue can be scary! ). The expertise and understanding shown by Kathryn and Cheryl has been amazing, and were in such a better position with respecting what an why Kira does certain things. It's such peace of mind knowing that when Kira is in the care of Kathryn, she is in safe hands and Kathryn knows what to expect from her in terms of behaviour and knows how best to manage situations, which she then educates and shares with us.
I have both Kathryn and Cheryl to thank for developing Kira into such a well-behaved and wonderful dog - and I feel much more confident as a dog owner as a result of my experience with these guys.
I would absolutely recommend to everyone, no matter what breed of dog you may have or your experience as dog owner. Have always received open and honest feedback, which has been comforting at times - especially when you think you haven't given the right training. We will absolutely be continuing to use this service for the foreseeable future.

Amazing women. Come by to help with my dogs random behaviour of deciding they would start tearing shreds out of each other to the point where they was drawing blood couldn't walk the lot after being happy for a few years together. Took her advice on board, found her very passionate and caring just by the amount of time spent asking me things to get to know and understand their background, my life and what has changed , haven't had a problem since. Dogs are happy now too and they also loved her! More...
