Just wanted to leave a comment... to say that Toosdee is by far the best hairdresser I have had and trust me I have been to a few to sort out my very 'challenging hair' and she has been the only one to leave it looking beautiful and also making me feel amazing. .. not many hairdressers have had that impact on me. I would highly recommend her as she can do pretty much anything to leave you feeling gorgeous. I originally hired this person very very short notice as my original hairdresser was sick. This lady came to my home and I showed her a photo of a very easy hair style which I was shocked she could NOT pull it off. I asked her for big flowy curls and she did completely the opposite. She used cheap hairspray that made my hair itch. The hair spray she used made my hair very hard and looked dry, I wanted a natural shinny look. She was also very rude, did not make an effort to have any sort of conversation with me, therefore sat in silence 90% of the time. She told me the estate I lived on was disgusting and she would never live on this estate and that it was also dirty. I wouldn't go to her home and say that to her and therefore thought that was very rude as this is where I live, this is a place I consider home. I rebooked this lady again, as again I had no other choice as I left it too late and she seemed to always be available. Over a week before the occasion I text her to let her know that I required an earlier appointment but she had no availability and therefore had to cancel as the original appointment as it was not convenient for me. She became very upset, sent a rude message and blocked me. I thought this was very immature and unprofessional. Coming for a business background, you learn that some days you win and some days you loose which in this case is clear that this hairdresser has no knowledge off. I have taken time from my busy schedule to write this review as I don't want anybody to experience what I have experienced. I am sure you can understand my fustration with these incidents.

The post by Alma Marshall is false & is Dunia Hussaini who lives in Kingston & has posted negative posts on other sites because I could not change the appointment time she wanted to an earlier one which was for a wedding after I had already taken appointments & she was told this!
