Tony is a great PT. Really motivational, knowledgeable and supportive, he has inspired me to start regularly exercising after years of hating the gym.

Tony is super energetic, positive and motivating coach.
I started working with Tony 2 months ago but I started seeing the results straight away. I kept on telling everyone, he is everywhere: on my phone, in my emails, even in my head and on my plate and it is all in a very subtile way. He is always making sure i am on track, he responds to every question promptly with evidence backed information/articles/research.
Yes, I had to lose weight but more importantly i wanted to do it sustainably and this is exactly his approach: to change one’s mindset, to change one’s habits to the healthier ones (losing weight and looking good comes with it).
He has always listened to what i like to eat, he has changed my meal plans as many times as needed for me to be happy with my food. I believe my workouts are optimal and ever evolving.
I would definitely recommend Tony as it cannot ever be too much of positivity and motivation to progress and reach set goals. Tony is a great help to do this.
P.s. I’ve lost over 8kg in 8 weeks, after some adjusting time, i love my food and i am never hungry and i find the boost of energy after each workout!

Their is no secret. My methods are based on fact not fiction. Of course there needs to be changes, do what you've always done you'll get what you've always got. But my programmes are for real life, busy people. My programmes are designed to lead a healthier life forever, its not a quick fix, they dont exist

This is going to sound corny, but its the joy on peoples faces when they start to see progress. Honestly its always the first 3 to 6 weeks thats the hardest for people, then they get it anfd things start to fall into place. I love that penny drop moment

I ran my own bar/ nightclub business before becoming a coach. Not a healthy lifestyle at all. By 40, after being a very fit boxer up to the age of 25, I was grossly overweight, smoked too much, drank far too much and just thought I wasnt going to make it to 50. I decided enough was enough, bought a treadmill, stopped smoking, cut down on junk food and drinking and lost the weight. It hit me I had to change jobs and I thought why not try and help other people. So, here I am

Because I care. I take my clients issues very personally. They know I care thats why they get results, of course they are accountable for their actions, but if they put the effort in then so will I. If anyone is looking for a magic pill or think I will massage their ego then scroll past. I dont take on every client i speak too

My lifestyle programme is online. People are not tied to a face to face sessions. I set workouts to suit them, at home or gym, all video supported and progressed as the programme goes on. Meal.plans are provided, all calorie counted for the customer
