Training with Tony is making a huge difference. I have gained strength, flexibility and confidence.
Tony pushes me out of my comfort zone, but I could see the results quickly. Still work in progress though. :)

Working with Tony is a great and fun experience. He is very kind and patient and motivates you to keep going even if you feel like giving up. Thanks to him I feel so much more confident working with weights and have more of a structure as in what exercises and machines to use. Hi. My name is Cliff. I have been working with Tony for the last 6 months. Apart from the sessions being fun and interesting, Tony has taught me many new skills. I was always a bit apprehensive about using a gym but Tony has given me the confidence to get stuck in with any piece of equipment. Unfortunately, my job is changing and I am moving on but will hold on to everything Tony has taught me and use the skills for my lasting benefit.

I am more than happy, having the opportunity of being trained by Tony.

I never thought about how important a technic is for a good workout , without too much weight.

Tony is the kind of PT every gym should have for the benefit of owner,staff and costumers.

Tony is one of the nicest and most switched on guys I have met in the fitness industry, his knowledge and attention to detail is exceptional. When you work and speak with him its clear to see he loves what he does and will do everything in his power to ensure you not only reach your goals but smash them out of the park.

I have seen some amazing results using the programs (both workouts and nutritional) he has written specifically for me. He is always on hand for support or to answer any questions I may have. His one on one sessions are extremely educational and he will have you nailing perfect form with every movement on any machine or piece of equipment you use and give you that kick up the back side you need if you are being a princess. I will be working with him in the future for sure and would urge anyone looking to make a change, not only how they look but to their health and general well being to get in touch with him.

You will not be disappointed

Have had a few sessions with Tony and he has helped me in getting started as I'm a newbie to 'Gyms'. He has helped me out and made me specific plans of how I need to go about doing my workouts. His emphasis about working on the right techniques while working out has helped me a lot in focusing my energies in the right direction. As a Chiropractor, it is of utmost importance that I have complete faith in a personal trainer! And Tony has it! As my personal trainer, he is extremely knowledgeable, motivating, push's you to your limits, but whats most important for me, he makes it fun & and makes me laugh while doing this. My experience was fabulous! Tony is a very experienced, kind, patient, professional and competent personal trainer. He trained me for 3 months and I was able to achieve results better than my greatest expectations. I gained muscles, I lost the fat in excess and I remarkably improved my overall body image. Have been training with Tony for the past couple of months and have to admit he is an awesome trainer. Since we started training together I cannot recall a session being replicated or tedious, whilst each session has a specific purpose and goals for set muscles groups to aid me in achieving my final goal. Every session is innovative, fun and enjoyable and Tony is incredibly knowledgeable in his work, ranging from his magnitude of exercises he has at his disposal to his vast knowledge on the nutritional front.
I cannot speak highly enough of Tony and would never hesitate in recommending his services to anyone with set goals they with to achieve.

I’m a student from Kingston University. I’ve been going to gyms for over the last two and a half years. My aim was to gain lean muscle mass. However I saw little improvement.
I therefore decided to get a personal trainer to improve my physique. Training with Tony has helped me to improve my technique, and also Tony provided me with a tailor made workout and cardio programme. On top of this, Tony has designed a nutrition plan which helps me to achieve my set goals. We are also taking body composition measurements regularly, so we can track my progress. I’m very happy so far with my new workout plan and routines.

Last year, I had let myself go quite a bit and really wanted to be fit and to look good seeing as I was only 18. I decided I needed structure and motivation, so I found Tony. Having a personal trainer has really changed my way of life. I feel so much happier, healthier and fitter. I see amazing improvements that I thought I could never achieve. I'm now more confident with my body, but besides looking better I am also so much stronger. I've really enjoyed having Tony as my personal trainer. Not only has he helped me gain lean muscle but he has greatly improved my technique. I now feel much more confident in the weights section. Tony made me a detailed workout plan specifically for my goals and has also helped me improve my diet. As a young person I have found him very encouraging and I know I will remember what he has taught me. Im 21 im a pro rugby player. Ive been training with tony for almost 4 years. I came across tony when i was speaking to another PT about how i was in middle of training for rugby and i was finding it hard to reach my goals which were getting stronger and bigger whilst not gaining weight to stay quick and agile. Tony helped me reach these goals perfectly and in time when i was 20 i got offered a contract. Over time tony has become a crucial and regular part of my training programme especially as i find it hard to find the motivation to do the agility workouts.
