The 7 day challenge was made so easy to follow which made it so much easier for me to follow.. The support was always there if and when needed which was great and Tony explained everything in a way that was easy to follow. I have just completed tonys 7 day challenge! Wow I feel amazing. Tony is a lovely guy makes you feel very relaxed and provides all the information you need he knows his stuff and what a great is he keeps it simple. I have learnt that it's not about depriving yourself of things you don't need to go on a drastic diet it's about portion control making sure your getting enough of each food group keeping the fat part your treats etc to a minimum and keeping your body hydrated! Just completed the 7 day summer challenge with Tony, I was really sceptical to start with that 7 days wasn’t very long! The motivation from the group was incredible and Tony likes to keep things funny and light hearted to keep you going. I have struggled with a few of the tasks and learning portion control however wrong everyone’s photos really helps! Just finished the 7day challenge with Tony .I found it nice and simple ,I have been following what I thought was a healthy diet for a while now but this challenge made me think more about the portion control rather than just eating lots of healthy foods . My problem was that I would comfort eat in the evening and undo all the good I had done during the day but this has made me realize that if you eat the correct portions of protein and carb's and fibre you do not crave the sweet and naughty snacks in the evening ..and you feel much more energetic for it ..thanks Tony. Have completed the 7 day challenge with Tony! It's gave me such a better outlook to what foods I'm consuming and now finding myself making sure I have the correct food groups on my plate along with the the correct portion sizes. The whole week has now gave me a better understanding of food and certainly made me think about the foods I was consuming before! This week has been a real eye opener for me as I thought my diet had been good healthy choices but after Tony's guidance about the nutritional value of the food groups and the portion control I now know that this wasn't so. I've felt great this week not been hungry so no snacking at all which I was often doing in the evening. I will be taking this new knowledge and sticking to it in the future. Lost 3lbs so even better. When I signed up for the 7 day challenge I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to follow. With Tony’s use of daily videos it kept me motivated and on track. I learned portion control and the right things to eat. I’m definitely going to keep this up! I’m a non insulin diabetic going through a very stressful period caring for elderly relatives. Tony’s 7 day challenge has regulated my body from head to toe. Often we concentrate on fat loss, for me this challenge has regulated my blood sugars, by controlling the spiking and plummeting that makes me make bad choices and constant snacking, it’s made me feel much less stressed, I feel less fatigued and also shed 6 1/2 lbs!!!! its been great to have a coach thats so hands on and such an approachable manner to follow, i feel its been so beneficial with the start of this group alone and following easy steps to a better healthier eating plan, i for one have really liked how we all made the effort to get this far and all because of tony he uplifts spirits with his positive comments and brings a genuine feeling of giving a damn about people its very refreshing as you do see alot of coaches and personal trainers tell you what to do and what eat but not giving too hoots about you as a person, i recommend tony hes one of a kind.

Edit 13/7/18: I've recently taken part in Tony's 7 day challenge and I'm glad I've done so! You learn the importance of portion control, what types of food toe eat and when and the importance of keeping hydrated too! Tony has been really friendly and helpful throughout the challenge towards everyone who took part and it was really interesting to see what types of food everyone was creating! I came to Tony looking to improve my Endurance, as he's local to where I'm from. As a martial artist, it's extremely important for me to be able to endure spontaneous short burst of activity, and I had been noticing a struggle during my classes where I'd feel really light headed and dizzy to the point of almost passing out. Once ruling out any medical issues, I spoke to Tony who was really good at understanding what I was looking to improve. Every week I was doing different things and Tony would be great at improvising if things didn't go to plan (i.e. A new or existing injury was causing problems during a PT session!), and Tony always found a way to help! I started noticing a difference and even saw myself completing one of my gradings (which are 3hrs long) without feeling lightheaded or faint! Would definitely recommend Tony! More...

Nutrition is the foundation of any program. Without making changes in your nutrition, results shall be slow. Often leading you into low energy, moods, low concentration, stress and poor sleep patterns.
This is the most important step to be addressed before starting any program.

Throughout my time as a Coach, I developed a huge connection with Kettlebells. I couldn’t believe how challenging and effective Kettlebells were, and the rapid response they have on increasing your strength, also improving the flexibility and definition of your muscles.
I found that I was able to perform better at everyday tasks due to the way Kettlebell exercises mimic the movements that we use day to day. Meaning you will live a better quality of life.

Since using Kettlebells on a personal level, they became a staple tool throughout my clients training programs. My clients couldn't believe how quickly it was changing their body, and how fast it was getting them to their goals. This is known as the ‘What The Hell’ effect.

I take you through every session ensuring you are completing exercises safely, effectively, and to the best of your ability, to ensure that constant change is being made on your journey to success.
