Tonnie's Minis is a quaint little bake shop located on a quiet street in downtown Newark. I walked into a very nicely decorated bakery that was very busy fulfilling Valentine's Day orders, and yet they immediately welcomed me and provided me with amazing service. In the back of the bake shop they have an open kitchen which is HUGE and looks like they can service anything from large catering orders, to walk-in customers like me. I have tried many cupcakes throughout Manhattan even Yonkers and NOTHING can compare to his cupcakes.
