How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
All clients will receive a free consultation, this will be enough time to gather all the desired information ready to start designing their programs and diet logs. You will receive 24/7 support with training and nutrition. All diets are monitored daily with monthly body fat tests and weigh ins.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Its all in moderation. You will not be on strict eating regimes, in some cases, we aim to increase your calorie consumption. Enjoying your training is key.
