Excellent service. Called Tom as a key had snapped off inside the lock of our patio door - he was with us within 30 minutes. He tried to remove the key first (rather than replace the lock), but when this proved impossible, he replaced the lock with speed, and also re-aligned our door so it shut better as well. Fantastic service. I had locked my keys in my car boot on Easter Saturday evening. Tom arrived within one hour and soon got me back on the road. I have a Volkswagen Passat which has a deadlock so it was not an easy job.
