Tom is great for cardiovascular fitness for competitive sport. Training with him improved my mobility on the rugby pitch immensely, and even got a prop forward into shape to complete a tough mudder. He's got a wealth of knowledge on both nutrition and recovery, and is a great bloke too. Highly recommended. More...

I hired Tom to help me get in shape for my wedding. I'm a complainer when it comes to working out but Tom was strict with me and helped me achieve my goals. I lost 7lbs, 4% body fat and gained lean muscle. I was especially excited about the 1.5 inches that I lost on my hips. Thanks Tom! More...

I look forward to every session I spend with tom. He pushes me harder then I would ever push myself and with such a kind manor. I am so pleased that I found Tom as a personal trainer in 2016! He is an inspirational and motivating personal trainer - his sessions are demanding, interesting, but above all fun! I have achieved levels of fitness which would never have been possible without his help and training. Now, in 2017, with his continued training and help, I am going to attempt a triathlon - something I would never even have entertained a year ago. Tom's considered and calm manner empowers you to believe you can achieve anything, and his training enables you to actually achieve it! I worked with Tom back in 2013 when I signed up to a 12 week weight loss and fitness programme. I had never been able to stick to anything like this before but with Tom's help I managed to lose 18kg (nearly 3 stones) in 12 weeks, which exceeded my initial targets. I really enjoyed the three training sessions I had with Tom each week and he kept me motivated to achieve my goals. Tom pushed me a lot in the training and mixed it up so that it didn't become repetitive, and he also advised a lot on my diet. I was really sceptical about using a personal trainer and didn't think it would be for me. Tom alleviated my concerns and helped me train at a level suitable for me whilst pushing me. Tom is incredibly invested in his clients and he was always working to get the best out of me and to help me reach my goals rather than seeing time with clients as a means to an end. I feel incredibly grateful to Tom who has really supported me in training and I would truly recommend him to anyone! More...
