About Tom Piper's Buffet
We can provide a delicious Hog Roast service (indoors or outside), and have been awarded with a Food Hygiene 5-star standard by the local authority.
For your peace of mind we have £5 million public liability insurance cover.
The pigs are sourced locally, and have been reared outdoors, and the buns are freshly baked on the day of each event.
All events are managed on site by father and son, David and Ben Finney, with additional staff as and when required.
Tom Piper's Buffet Q&A
What’s your signature dish?
Hog Roast with succulent crispy crackling served in freshly baked large bread rolls, accompanied by salads and followed by homemade desserts.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By discussing and then meeting their requirements.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting clients and their guests and seeing the smiles on their faces when they see that it's a Hog Roast....and of course taking the compliments afterwards.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My wife and I have three sons, and we thought it would be a good way to introduce them (as teenagers) to a way of earning their pocket money....they have all helped out (and still do) on various events.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because we are a 'family unit' who take great pride in what we do.
Because we provide great food.
Because we have clients that have used us more than once....so we must be doing something right!
Because we are friendly.
Because we are professional in all that we do.
Because we care!

We're delighted that your guests enjoyed the food.
We wish you and Glyn all the happiness in the world!
Best wishes from the 'Team Tom' (aka David, Ben and Max Finney)
Gill...you and your colleagues organised a great event with plenty of entertainment for parents and their children to enjoy, but then the heavens opened!
Hopefully, if you hold the event next year the weather will be kinder :-)
