Hi, I'm Tom Lynas. I'm a South East London based personal trainer, I'm also the founder of Bear Drills Fitness. I help people at all levels to achieve their goals, from improving body shape to increasing sports performance.

Working together with clients, I take a holistic approach towards both your movement and nutrition so that I can deliver an effective and individual programme suited to your needs.

I have been working with Tom for a number of years now firstly,at his fitness classes and latterly training with a small group. I had never attended this kind of training before and was one of those people who would go to the gym and just jump on a treadmill for half an hour - the free weights area of a gym was a no go area for me! Tom completely changed my attitude, his friendly personality and welcoming attitude made sure that I didn’t just attend one session and not come back, and his programmes have transformed my fitness levels. My strength and flexibility (which were both non-existent before) have improved dramatically. Tom’s expertise has provided me with the confidence and knowledge so that rather than being intimidated by the weights area in a gym it is now my first point of call (after a warm up!). Tom provides me with a training plan that I can access through a phone app, so that when I attend the gym on my own my training is focussed and we can continually monitor my progress. He is always happy to take any questions and provides instructive and easy to understand feedback. I cannot recommend him highly enough. More...

I have trained with Tom for the last 3 years - both through group training and personal training. He is patient, knowledgable and makes working out fun. I'm in the best shape Iv been in for years and actually know what doing at the gym! I would thourally recommend Tom as a PT and his classes :) More...

I am qualified PT and Strength and Conditioning coach, I have also taken a post graduate diploma in Applied Sports Nutrition. Using a combination of these three disciplines I will design and deliver a fitness and nutrition programme tailored to your goals.

Consistency is the key. Its vital to make sure that you are focussed day in and day out on your goals and having a personal trainer to be accountable to ensures you keep moving towards your goals.
