Tom Lutz and Associates

Looking back almost three years ago now, Tom has been truly one of biggest blessings to me and my mental health. I struggled with PTSD, and Social/Generalized Anxiety Disorder for the better part of six years starting back when I was in sixth grade. If there was anything he tough me, alongside of all his other amazing strategies, fighting the thoughts was the most beneficial. The thoughts and behaviors I was having were all taking over my brain, and telling myself I'm not letting them control me anymore was so important for my mental health and well-being. After going to Tom, I went to the Emily program, and the goal of seeing Tom was to prepare me to help me get over an Eating Disorder I also had due to the severe anxiety and depression I was having. I can say today I am healthy, happy, and I have little to no thoughts like I was having back then. Kids and Adolescents are going to benefit from seeing Tom if they have any of the disorders I was having or if they are generally anxious or have other internal struggles.
