I’ve been training with Tom since end of January and it was the best decision I made ! Each session is different so there’s never a chance of getting bored as he always makes sure the sessions are really fun ! Started at the gym almost a year ago not knowing too much about the equipment just knowing I wanted to tone up and lose weight. I was also training for a run and struggling with breathing and stamina and my running style. Tom was great, good at planning sessions to get out exactly what I wanted to get out of the session. No shouting or stereotypical PT “you can do it” very easy going whilst massively motivating! Taught me to use lots of the equipment in more than one way to keep my workouts varied and interesting. As someone who dislikes excercise, Tom made the experience enjoyable and fun.
Mixing up the excercise at every sessions was good as I never knew what to expect.

Tim has been my PT for over 9 months now. I have progressed considerably in these months. I have gained so much confidence within the gym since training with Tom.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a real passion for health and fitness and ever since I started learning I’m great detail how the body works whilst doing my degree I decided that personal training was the career for me. I just love helping people develop and become more confident within their bodies.
