I provide a wide range of fitness sessions including weight loss, toning, boxing, muscle gain and general fitness. I have a sports science degree (2:1) and I am a qualified level 3 personal trainer. I have also been involved in fitness development programmes for 5 years.

Training with Tom for some 2 months, I have no difficulty in recommending him to anyone else.

As someone who dislikes excercise, Tom made the experience enjoyable and fun. Mixing up the excercise at every sessions was good as I never knew what to expect.

He allowed me to work at my own pace and his encouragement and praise was a boost to encourage me to want to continue.

I will definitely use Tom as my PT again

Tim has been my PT for over 9 months now. I have progressed considerably in these months. I have gained so much confidence within the gym since training with Tom. I believe improved consistently.
All sessions are structured to my requirements and areas I want to improve. Each session with Tom is always enjoyable and I am always pushed past my limits.
I now feel that I am fully able to get the most out of the gym and still find each PT very beneficial.
Not withstanding that Tom is a very approachable bloke and very easy to get on with.

Tom is really easy to get along with. He understands my goals and I’m slowly getting there. I’ve been using Tom for nearly 6 months and every session is different which makes it more enjoyable learning new things and giving me confidence to go to the gym by myself. He’s very flexible with appointments and always manages to fit me in short notice. We always do boxing at the end of every session which is also a big plus for me. Tom is brilliant. I started training with Tom 7 months ago after struggling to get back into shape after having my little girl and returning back to work. Tom took the time to really understand what I wanted to achieve and has designed every session to be both fun and to help me hit my goals. Tom is easy to chat too and has been really flexible when my schedule has made it tough to balance everything. Ive lost 12kg (in a sustainable way) and feel like the best me for years.
