I provide a wide range of fitness sessions including weight loss, toning, boxing, muscle gain and general fitness. I have a sports science degree (2:1) and I am a qualified level 3 personal trainer. I have also been involved in fitness development programmes for 5 years. During my time as a personal trainer I have completed many body transformations with my clients and hope I can do the same with you. I am a confident individual who makes the session fun and tailored to your needs. If you decide to start your fitness journey with me I am flexible with my availability in order to fit around your daily schedules and busy lifestyles, as I’m aware time is a major issue when trying to go to the gym.

As someone who dislikes excercise, Tom made the experience enjoyable and fun. Mixing up the excercise at every sessions was good as I never knew what to expect.

Tim has been my PT for over 9 months now. I have progressed considerably in these months. I have gained so much confidence within the gym since training with Tom. I believe improved consistently.

Tom is brilliant. I started training with Tom 7 months ago after struggling to get back into shape after having my little girl and returning back to work.
