Great customer service throughout. Our initial enquiry (for a relatively small job of repairing a couple of taps) was dealt with promptly and efficiently, with an appointment arranged to take place within a couple of days and an estimated cost quoted immediately. Liam arrived on time, was polite and professional, and had the problem sorted in no time, giving a clear explanation of what was needed, and what to look out for in future too. The cost was extremely reasonable for the level of service provided. As a homeowner AND as a landlord, it's very reassuring to know that here is a plumber who takes customer service as seriously as the plumbing, responds quickly to enquiries, sets up convenient appointments and carries out good quality work (guaranteed for 12 months). Martin did a number of plumbing jobs for us last week. These included changing some taps, installing a sink in our utility room and replacing a toilet and wash hand basin in the bathroom. We were totally satisfied by the work carried out. Martin worked very hard, finishing this in good time. Where there were problems, he dealt with these efficiently and without complaint. The work was done cleanly - all carpets that were walked on were covered- and all leftovers were removed, leaving both the bathroom and utility room clean at the end. The charge was very reasonable. Martin responded by email very promptly. He gave us a pretty quick appointment and turned up on the day. He was ten minutes late because of traffic and texted to say he would be slightly late.
