Furniture & Flat Pack Assembly
Paul Todd is a Total Nightmare. He is unfit for purpose. Constantly in the Toilet on his phone and Talks far too much. His first job with me was the Assembly of a TV entertainment unit that he took 2 full days to construct.
He drilled into a live electric feed , the unit is not level. I paid him twice as he said he didn’t realise it was a floating unit despite me showing him fotos in detail of the unit.
He then built a log store and the roof is far too low at the front end making it difficult to store logs evenly.
NIGHTMARE, he is very poor when it comes to constructing A set of steps at my Freinds house. The first set were far too weak and had to be dismantled and binned ( All fotos avail ) the next set he attempted again were unfit for purpose. My Freind fell off of the steps as the Treads were loose. The steps are all twisted kinked too steep and very dangerous. My Freind was advised to get someone to strip the stairs down. This has been done. But now have no access to the Attic Room. A request for a full refund of £500 is been totally ignored , not answering fone or texts.
He is a total shambles taking far too long on the job and disappearing in his van. For long periods.
This man should be stripped off of this website. He is a total Rogue, amateur and cannot build with no experience and fully not fit for purpose. A total shambles. He owes £500. Failure to pay and he will be taken to a Small claims court. Of which he will totally lose.
This guy is a chancer he may well be able to assemble a bedroom small cabinet but that is his limit.
We demand a full refund NOW so a set of steps can be built to give acces to room. We have all of the steps fotos and have kept the steps he tried to build. In the house for proof.
Paul pay up now. Your experience is a shambles and you are not up to doing work outside the assembly of a very small unit. This is your limit. ( Pay Up )

I believe that my prices are fair and competitive but not "set in stone" as I am always prepared to negotiate!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I will always wear a face covering during contact, only removing when safe and working in isolation. hands will be clean and if requested I will wear gloves as cannot use hand sanitizers due to excema. I still do site visits, however I would prefer digital contact.
