In the time that I have been seeing Carolina Pataky she has helped guide me through pain and confusion of my past and has helped me begin to connect and understand that pain. I continuously leave her office with a new understanding of how I can become my best self and become aware of my feelings, as well as to those around me. My husband and I saw Carolina Pataky here while we were going though a very difficult time last year. I'll skip many of the details, but once we started to see how our own issues got in the way of our relationship, we were able to heal early wounds and face our relationship with a greater sense of care and love. She had an incredible and beautiful way of helping us understand what love and intimacy really needs to look like in our relationship. I've been seeing Mirta Pont for over 2 months now and I feel so much better, I am seeing positive, noticeable results in so little time. She is really nice and very professional, I always feel welcomed and you can tell she is genuinely interested in what you are saying so she can help you. She introduced me to EMDR and I can tell you I am amazed with the results. I totally recommend it for anyone suffering from anxiety, depression and traumas. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They greet you with a warm smile and immediately offer you a beverage. The facility itself is impeccable and the environment feels safe and inviting. Parking is a bit difficult so try to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment, this way it will ensure that you get a parking spot on time. It's the Gables, parking everywhere is a headache regardless. I go to see Lucy who is amazing! I highly recommend her to anyone. So far my experience has been A+++ and I truly enjoy going there. I really enjoy visiting the Coral Gables Counseling Center. Carolina Pataky has been my therapist for a little over four months now and I am more than grateful to have been referred to her. With her thorough explanation and helpful exercises she has helped me make numerous realizations. I have been able to connect the dots I wasn't seeing on my own. I've been seeing Stephanie Gosset as my counselor. I've been twice; first for couples counseling, but have since continued alone. She's very gentle and very good at what she does. She's helped me realize a lot about myself and others as well. I believe everyone needs some form of counseling even if it's just to organize thoughts or help make a decision. She's great and even the staff is great. My appt was lost for some reason and not logged into the calendar. The staff worked around it and was able to book me for 1 hour later, which was fine because I really needed to see her that day. This place is great. Mirta Pont is amazing. She has helped guide back to the light and helped to me to find myself again. I was suffering from severe anxiety and depression. And I can now say, I am so much better. I tried out two different therapists before her but didnt feel like I was getting anywhere with them. With Mirta, I used EMDR to see where all the pain was coming from and I was able to stand up to the pain and find myself again with EMDR. I highly, highly recommend her. More...
