I never thought I needed a life coach, but having Marlene's fresh perspective on a situation I've been struggling with, was very helpful. She clarified the issue and suggested concrete steps to reach my  goal. Sounds simple but sometimes one gets lost the emotional weeds and it's hard to remain focused and objective. I have had the pleasure of experiencing Marlene in action as both a 1:1 Coach and a workshop facilitator. As a coach Marlene creates a space where you feel comfortable diving deep into the essence of what is holding you back from your best potential. She asks amazing powerful questions and always leaves you with clear action steps.

As a workshop facilitator I am amazed at Marlene's ability to capture a room. I watched her navigate a intense and demanding curriculum with ease and kept the attention of the room fully engaged for the entire day,. She is engaging, funny and effective in delivering content to a mixed room. She is a JOY to see in action.

I had been in search of the perfect life coach to help get me focused and moving forward with several goals that I'd been struggling with on my own for the last couple years.  I was scared that I'd overwhelm Marlene at our 1st meeting with ALL of the stuff I wanted to tackle, both personal AND professional. Marlene is simply amazing. I have the privilege of talking about many personal n family issues  with her. Her responses n how she has handled me n my emotions impresses me. She has opened my eyes to possibilities/feelings/validations I could have never been able to do by myself. I feel I m talking to a non-judgemental caring nurturing friend. And the most impressive part is that it's all on phone. Even psychologists want to be able to see your expressions to do their job , but here is Marlene doing an excellent job even over phone. I think that one of the key benefits to a good coach is that they're able to listen to you an empathize and follow you on your journey.  After working with Marlene for a few months now, I feel like she goes above and beyond.  Not only is she a great listener, but she is sharing in my problems.  Seriously - every problem I have, she has an anecdote of her own that is similar.  I love this because it gives me peace of mind that I'm not alone and that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.She laughs with me, and makes conversation so easy.  The "tools" for success that she offers are quite simple, but help in such a meaningful way.Honestly - I can't imagine a better person in my life than Marlene.  She is an outstanding coach! I recently had the opportunity to attend one of Marlene's group workshops. The workshop was very organized, insightful and motivational. We touched upon many topics that we all connected with, and she provided solutions that were practical and meaningful. I've never done one on one coaching with Marlene, but I recently went to one of her group workshops.  It was excellent.  Marlene's approach is straightforward and relatable.  She uses personal anecdotes to get her points across, which I find to be very effective.  Her suggestions are practical and realistic.  I felt like everything she suggested was something I could actually do.  If you can't afford a one on one approach, try out one of her workshops. I'm a 28 year-old female that has been going thru' many personal and professional transitions for quite some time now. The transitions are not due to being confused or unclear on my end goals, but rather from lacking motivation and determination. Marlene has provided the tools that I need to reset and refocus to accomplish various goals. Each session has been extremely helpful and motivating. The accountability, the homework (yes, she gives you homework), the ability to speak to her openly, the insight, and the authenticity she possesses are all qualities you look for someone who is going to serve as a helper, mentor, and motivator.
