To Dine For, catered our church auction and miscellaneous spin off parties from the auction for six years. Nick, the owner, is organized, easy to work with and very helpful with the planning of your event. The food was always excellent. We never ran out. We were lucky enough to have Nick and his team cater our wedding in July, 2015 at Bridal Veil Lakes for about 90 people family-style. Nick was a pleasure to work with- he cooked a meal for us and brought it to our home, he met dietary needs (I'm vegan and we wanted everything gluten free and dairy free), and the food was bomb at the wedding. His team was professional, attentive, and there was more than enough food to go around. We would totally recommend To Dine For Catering to everyone hosting an event. We met with a couple other caterers who were a little pushy with their opinions and didn't want to make everything dairy/gluten free (just wanted to make a couple dairy/gluten free plates). Nick was not like this at all- he was willing to do whatever it took to execute our vision. I'm vegan, but my husband isn't. We had a salmon entree, a vegan entree and all vegan sides. We have been using To Dine For the past 4 years for our annual event. Nick is always friendly, efficient, punctual, communicative, and all around nice person. The presentation of the food is wonderful - and most importantly fresh and the flavor is amazing. They always do a thorough clean-up job as well. From my first interaction with owner, Nick, on the telephone, I knew this was the company I wanted to work with. Professional, but with a sense of humor. The event was an upscale "picnic" for our wine club members and their guests, totaling 140 people. Nick's quote was reasonable and his responsiveness was great. He came to do a site visit two weeks prior and had a calm demeanor, which eased my mind as we had used a different caterer for the previous three years. The day of the event, he and his team were on time and got right to work. The food was excellent, his service team exceeded our expectations, and, overall, everything was perfect. I used this place to cater my small wedding in my home and they did awesome! They really worked with me on changing up the menu to fit my budget. The food was really good. Everyone really seemed to like the artichoke dip with bread, very tasty! They have a wide variety of choices of food to pick from. I was able to handle everything through email and sent them a check which was very convenient. I just had a drop-off and pick-up service so I can't comment on their service during an event. I found them online and read the reviews and decided to hire them for our office party. Our costs were definitely cut back this year but Nick really was understanding and still gave us options. Even gave us options for drinks too. All I can say about the bowtie pasta salad is YUM!!! I could have just sat at the table and had that but there was so much more to choose from. (It is still my favorite and I wish I could have the recipe!!) hint hintThe beef was wonderfully seasoned and the chicken was the most tender that I have ever eaten in my life. Seasoned and juicy and something that I would have again.The staff was professional in every way and I am so glad that we used them. It made our party great and the set up and clean up was done really quickly without interrupting the flow of our office. I don't think that the left overs will last very long and I know that the pasta salad is probably gone even as I type!I will keep recommending them to my family and friends!!!Thank you Nick!!! We recently have the pleasure of To Dine For Catering's services. I worked closely with Nick, the owner, designing the menu to fit my very tight budget. Our office party loved the pancetta wrapped pork loin, so juicy, and the bowtie pasta with pesto. I highly recommend his services. The staff looked very professional, they were dressed in all black with chef coats and were on top of cleaning up without disturbing our guests. Again, I can't recommend them enough, professional, great attitude, no pressure and curtious. I should mention, we used one of there vendors, B-Side Dj and got 10% off on both services.
