Thank goodness for the internet and competition.  If customer service is important to you, I would go elsewhere.  They offer no refunds on pre-paid services, and pray on elderly.  Check out the number of complaints on BBB. More...

Worst customer experience I have had in recent memory.  The service that was provided was expensive, ineffective and conducted by employees that don't know what they are doing and don't care about their customers.  When I voiced my concerns with a phone call, I was treated rudely and with the same attitude.  Do yourself a favor, use ANY other company in KC for a better experience!!!! Had a verti-cut and seeding done by TLC. The very next day, a coupon for 10% off verti-cut / seeding arrived via email. Requested that they honor the coupon, since it seemed reasonable that they do so. They declined, and instead offered a 10% credit toward future services. Yeah right. TLC suggeated I install sprinklers prior to investing in a lawn. Best advice ever. Now the treatments, seeding and care are effective and I'm not wasting money every time I try to grow a lawn.

I had a good friend that needed serious lawn help so I suggested TLC. They went out and made my friend very happy - he needed a lot of trimming to save the grass in the front and he had a lot of rot. It will be an ongoing process but way to go TLC! More...

They did a verticut and seed last year on my yard in the fall. Our lawn now looks like a park. This year they installed a drainage system in our backyard and solved a huge problem. A few years ago they put backfill dirt around our foundation and did the same for our neighbor. We are both happy. They also installed a sprinkler system in our yard that works great.
The best things I can say is, they do the work when they say they will and it's done right. My previous lawn application company was prepaid for service but I always had to call and bug them to come take care of the yard, but NOT TLC. They call me! I am looking forward to using them for more projects.

Not fully fair to judge the company on how their employees act however when one of the"lead crew" publicly post on another social media page on the female owners looks, then conts to go on how he would like to make love then f**k her. I have to draw the line. You should teach your employees how to respect woman and know they are always representing your company. I would never hire you to mow our home or business lawns.
