I usually do not write reviews but after my experience with this agency I just had to. What a wonderful Agency this is. I came to Karolina few weeks ago looking for a nanny job. She send me for an interview with 2 families and one of them end up hiring me right away. Karolina made the process so smooth ,I got very positive experience with TLC and can't thank them enough. I wanted to thank TLC for finding a great caregiver for my grandma. I work full time and she needs someone to take care of her during a day. Dalia became a family to us, she is this sweet loving person. Last month in April 2014 we hired a nanny/housekeeper for our family from TLC Domestic Agency. We spoke to Roman and he set-up the interview in his office with 9 nannies which was little overwhelming but I am glad we did that because this really gave us the idea what we are looking for. We have decided with my wife on selecting 2 candidates to go to our house for second interview, They came to our house, one of the nannies was late 10 min which gives you idea what to expect in the future, but thank God our first choice was on time and for more than month she continue to be on time, so far she is doing good job. She cleans our in Laguna Hills and part time she is watching our kids boy 7 years old and girl 10 years old. I will not be writing like I have seen in other reviews great, fantastic, amazing one of a kind but I can say this Roman from TLC deliver on his promise he told me over the phone that I will find the person I did and I think this is what really matters at the end finding the right person.
