Walking into any gym can be daunting, TKA makes you feel welcome from the start. The boxing classes are an excellent way to get into shape and having no boxing experience my concern was I'd get a pasting. This simply was not the case and the support, encouragement and motivation was constant throughout. TKA provides is a centre of excellence and all staff are at the top of the game and there is a real buzz about the place.
