I had the pleasure of travelling with TJ’s Travel on the trip to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. In all my over 40 years of going on day trips with various different companies I can honestly say I have never travelled with a better firm or driver. Your lady Marie was the epitome of helpful and approachable. Her driving was superb navigating through the busy streets of Maida Vale and Finchley on a Black Friday weekend was superb. Her giving out cards with a contact number on was a stroke of sheer genius. She was completely unflappable in keeping us all informed of the current situation when the coach was vandalised. Dealing with police, your company and passengers ringing her asking for directions back to the coach could only have been handled by a woman multi tasking. In addition to this she was prepared to tackle the ‘intruder’ on to the coach. You know she is not the tallest of ladies but she was prepared to protect her passengers, although it did turn out to be the chap who had been instructed to come to fix the coach to make it driveable to return us to Leeds.I have never met the lady before but I cannot commend her highly enough to you and I do hope you appreciate what an asset you have in this lady.On another note you coach was brilliant too. The on board toilet is the best I have ever seen on a coach. No more dangerous hole under the stairs jobs that could so easily result in an accident if the visitor opened the wrong door.All in all I was MOST IMPRESSED by your company and even more impressed with Marie. I hope I have the opportunity to travel with TJ’s again in the future.If you have a competition to nominate driver of the month / year or whatever I do hope you will consider this as my nomination for Marie. We started holiday with tjs travel to Manchester airport for starters the driver was amazing and couldn’t do anything else better even the second driver on the way back booking with tjs travel is so easy that you don’t have to worrie and Jamie the owner is amazing and the minibus was even early let’s say we will be booking with you again amazing coach company
