I’ve had a bit of a rough time recently both physically and emotionally so I booked a session with Tanya for a massage. She managed to perfectly balance professionalism and being friendly and definitely knew her stuff. I felt immediately the benefit of her skill in releasing tension and muscle tightness. I visited Tanya as I'd been getting headaches and not sleeping great due to stiffness in my neck. she quickly found the knots and tightness which were causing the problems and worked her magic, my back, shoulders and neck felt so much better afterwards and the best sleep I've had in ages plus full movement back in my neck and no headache! thank you xxx
