Titanz is a solid gym with equipment for serious and casual workouts with 24/7 access, and convenient to my house. Their prior location was half as far from my house, but it's still probably the best gym for my needs within miles of Smyrna / Mableton. I've been a member for around 7 years. They have plenty of free weights, weight machines, and cardio equipment. Many of the members seem to be into competitive bodybuilding, but that doesn't mean there's a judgy/"meathead" culture. It means that they have bumper plates, a power cage, lifting platforms, and nobody's getting mad if you have to dump the bar on a bad rep. It does mean that you're going to occasionally find it strange that the group fitness room is being used for somebody's fitness photo shoot. It's not a problem.This is a great gym to get in, get a workout in (usually free weights for me, but the heavy bags and sparring gloves have been a recent addition), and get out. The 24-hour keycard access helps tremendously.I'm not there to work with a personal trainer, and their staff is super-chill and hasn't tried to pitch me on a program in basically forever and I can't opine on those services. I'm not a Group Class person, so if that's your thing, I can't help you with an opinion either. More...

I've been at this gym for a little over 2 years! I love it. Its clean, the people are nice, and IT IS DEFINITELY FEMALE FRIENDLY. Good gym to me. The staff always say hi to me when I come in. I'm not hardcore like a lot of the guys in the gym but they're all pretty friendly and not "cocky" like another reviewer said. In terms of membership...Sonya, who signed me up, answered my questions clearly and is always nice to me.  Anyone who complains about billing probably just didn't read the terms and conditions that gets sent to you in an email when you sign up. Great low key gym. This place has every type of weight lifting machine and equipment you can imagine. My wife and I just signed up last week and have gone everyday since. So far we are happy with our decision. Keeping it 100% there are a lot of fit people who attend this gym. Many of them compete professionally. I love lifting here and I think Trey is great. I will say that a few of the other staff members could be a little more friendly. When I came in initially to sign up the lady at the front desk wasn’t as welcoming as I expected but I joined anyway because I really like the facility. This gym may be a little intimidating to someone who may just be getting started working out which is why it’s very important to be nice and friendly to whoever is coming into your place of business. Some people may take the lack of enthusiasm as being rude and not join because of the intimidation factor. I really do love this gym but again remembering to be friendly and nice is really important. Great staff, super clean, tons of heavy weights. Go here, it's full of hard working people and is perfect for a beginner or someone who has been working out their whole life. They have classes and trainers that look to be very knowledgeable. Open 24/7 for very reasonable prices, I can't give enough positive feedback.
