Titanium Restorations is the absolute BEST!!!!!!!!!! I feel like Joe and Melissa are family!!!! They were super responsive when I called. Titanium did an excellent job with the replacement of my roof, siding, gutters and wood trim covering. They provided a private claims adjuster to negotiate with my insurance company for the replacement of my roof and siding. My insurance company originally denied my claim for a roof replacement. They did a thorough inspection of the roof and detailed all of the damage attributable to wind and hail. All at no costs to me. Their craftsmanship and work were excellent. This company did a great job on my roof. I have an older home and my roof was over 20 years old so I needed a full roof replacement. Our Rep was very knowledgeable and helped us in dealing with our home owners insurance as we had never been through this process before. He gave us an estimated time as to when the roof would be installed and was right on schedule. He responded promptly when emailed or called. Prior to the renovation Mr. Alexander and Mr. Martinez were extremely attentive and they listened to all of my concerns with a great deal of patience. Mr. Alexander ensured that I was in good hands and that installation would go as planned. They provided timely and helpful advice regarding the location of the kitchen island and installation of cabinets and appliances. Mr. Martinez also explained the different types of led lighting and recess lighting that would best meet our needs throughout the house.
