I enrolled my kids in their Build the Athlete program one day weekly thinking that it would help them develop a bit of a stronger foundation for a variety of sports. We were so impressed with the improvement seen in both kids that after 2 sessions, we increased the visits to 2 sessions per week. Mikael is great with the kids and runs an incredible program that keeps kids having fun, while learning and maintaining a healthy level of competition.
