I reached out to Tiny bull to procure marketing services for my business. However, the sales pitch and delivered services were completely incompatible. I spoke in detail and at-length with the Sales Director who promised a seamless process, without much oversight. I was looking for an agency to remove the burden of social media marketing. However, the onboarding process was disorganized. My promised start date for services was not met. When I expressed my concerns with the company, one of the executives suggested that I "post the material myself." Prior to receiving any work product, I requested a cancellation and refund of my prepaid month. Despite the fact that TinyBull advertises that there's no obligation and clients have a right to cancel, they refused to return my money and I had to file a chargeback claim with my banking institution. My experience with them was a complete "bait and switch." Rather than trying to make it right, they kept my monthly fee. I never received the benefit of my funds. Highly unrecommended! More...

Hello! First and foremost, we are sorry you did not have a great experience. We work with quite a few law firms and have never had an issue. In our terms and conditions, it clearly states that we need your login credentials to connect the social media platforms to our scheduling platforms. You were not willing to give us your credentials or grant us admin access. This is an unfortunate situation but it was explained multiple times via email. We conducted the onboarding call, did the work, and then you requested a refund. It was only suggested that you schedule the posts as a work around because the login credentials were not given to us. Lastly, you didn’t book your services through Bark. Again, we are sorry things did not work out but this does not warrant a 1 star review. Have a great day!
