We offer a full Design & Build service, or we can prepare the plans only – it is your choice. If other architects have already prepared drawings, we can take over and send the project to a few of our trusted builders for comparative and competitive tenders.
In our business model it is key to tailor make the plan, not only to fit the clients requirements, but to also remain within budget. With Building Regulations changing continually it is imperative to pay close attention to ensure all designs comply to the standards.
Owner and founder, Tinus Coetzee, has more than 22 years of experience, not only with designs, but also with practical experience on the building site. He is known to consider the artisan to allow effective and practical construction, whilst considering long term maintenance factors associated with the built environment.
