Well it’s all good when you are with them to sort everything out However in October 2020 I stopped trading and have asked my accountant Mike Barnes to close my buisness down (which has been every week since then ) he never returns my emails never returns and information whatsoever. I have had bailiffs trying to recoup the tax which I got told don’t repay as he will sort it out. I contact the main boss and after 3 emails i normally get a response ish. I keep getting letters to which I have 150 plus from hmrc and collections agency’s and this company does not want to shut my company down I’m at my wits end with it all and I’m taking legal advice to where I should go from here More...

2 years ago my wife and I woke up early morning to celebrate my daughters 7th birthday. It was a day that was supposed to be filled with joy. I remember my wife finished setting the last touches around the house and finally went for her run. My wife Liz ran every morning. This was her routine. Almost an hour had passed when she was struck by a car the completely neglected a stop sign. It was the worst feeling in the world to get a phone call from my neighbors telling me that my wife was struck by a car. I remember calling Josh Braddock And explaining to him our situation. We found out that the person driving the vehicle was uninsured and he was not being very responsive. most lawyers would tell their clients to go file a small claims, but Josh was different. I'm losing my mortgage because my Aims accountant is withholding the paperwork & my inland revenue login details. He doesn't respond to emails, telephone calls or texts.
