What do you love most about your job?
I love working with the most honest and hardworking team. We enjoy sharing our knowledge and experience to help businesses run smoother and more importantly grow! I love the challenge of finding or creating a solution in order to fix an on-going problem that most may not even know can be improved. Unfortunately IT in a business can get pushed to the side; as long as it works everything is fine, right? Wrong; there is always room for expansion and updating what you use for everyday transactions. I enjoy communicating with clients and developing a schedule that can produce the desired outcome.
What inspired you to start your own business?
TIMIT is a family business started in 2012. Tim Montgomery, President, started the company after managing business P&Ls for major companies. It was clear that with the vast experience and global travels that he wanted to share his knowledge and work to develop a company that can deliver true value, based on trust. Starting your own business is one of the most difficult things to do but as it grows it only inspires you to keep going.
