Last minute decision on needing a t-shirt printing for my daughter. Phoned not long before they closed and there was no issue at all. Gary said to call back in an hour, half hour later a message saying all done with a photo. Totally unique design and looked amazing. Will definitely use again and highly recommend the service. We contacted these people for printing our wedding invitation card. We didn't have a design or any clue as to what it should look like. Gary was very helpful and showed us some nice models and even designed it for us. He even advised us on the quality of paper to print it. We were very pleased with the end product and have no hesitation in recommending them in future. More...

What makes a great website?
Many people say a great website is:-
How pleasing it is to the eye.
Some are impressed with the technology that makes it easy-to-use.
Functionality of a website e.g. refer-a-friend technology etc ...
Nowadays, clients say 'I want to be on the 1st page of Google'
However ... we believe that a true measure of a great website is:-
Does it increase revenue for your business?
All of the elements above are important, but if you haven't got metrics and review processes in place to measure any increase, then you don't know if your website marketing is working for you or not.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Have you written down a project brief, or do you need some help discussing ideas first?
What are the most important elements of the project that we need to be focused on?
What timescales are we all working to?
How will we be able to measure whether the project is successful?
What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Always having a camera ready to take a photo at all times.
Understanding what a client is looking for most of all.
Know your camera inside out e.g. can operate it in the dark when required.
Always use the best equipment, and have plenty of spare batteries.
Have a passion for what you do and make it fun for everybody, you get the best from everybody.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
This form has repeated the same question earlier ... so I will make this point:-
It is always a good idea to check the agreed project brief with the client just before you start, to make sure their requirements haven't changed and they had forgotten to tell you. It doesn't hurt to check.
Describe your creative process.
Listen > ask questions > listen to answers and make detailed notes > email project understanding to involved parties > check everything covered > agree plan for any contingencies (e.g. client fails to provide images and copy text) > agree timescales & stage payments > add metrics where appropriated > implement phase one of project > meet to discuss phase one completion and any new refinements that may be required > implement final phases > review success of project > meet monthly to analyse metrics and discuss any updates that may be required.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Project brief
Subject matter materials e.g. images, copy text etc ...
Agreement to use any provided manufacturers logos or materials
Deposit for phase one
What do you love most about your job?
As corny as it may sound ... we love meeting a clients expectations and where possible exceeding them.
We have been running our web design and marketing business for over 25 years and have been over excited about new technology ... when most clients don't care about the technology, they just want measurable results.
Helping clients achieve their goals gives us a great sense of satisfaction and hopefully they then recommend us to others.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In 1992 I was working for the world's largest software company and earning 95K a year ... but I wasn't happy ... I strutting all around Europe visiting clients ... but I hardly saw my family. I could see that the technology I sold was out-of-reach of SME companies, so after a few lengthy discussions with my wife, we started TimeMaker Systems to offer affordable internet marketing solutions for local businesses. As our family have grown, my two sons are now involved in the business and it is truly a 'family business'.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are looking for clients that have the same value set as the questions that were answered above.
We believe it is best for all parties to work with people that 'get-on-well' with each other.
Hence why we like to make sure we have a detailed brief to meet clients expectations.
SEO Search Engine Optimisation
Most web designers say they can do SEO Search Engine Optimisation ... you only need to ask our clients to see if we can actually do it.
FREE Web Design ANALYSIS of your current website
We offer an initial FREE website analysis of your website (worth £100), to establish what is working/not working with what you have now. This helps both parties see what materials are missing when moving forward with a new site.
