This Hypnotherapy had a huge impact on my son, he went from a very anxious teenager not able too attend school due too his anxiety. I love it when people leave a session smiling, feeling good and with a positive mindset. They may not have felt this good in months or even years. I also love watching their progress over the sessions and hearing how their lives and those around them are being transformed.

I have always been passionate about helping others and having been a teacher I wanted to do something that involved working with people of all ages. I also have a young son and needed flexible working that would allow me to spend as much time with Alex as possible. Family life is very important to me so working for myself gives me the freedom to be around them on school holidays and important events. It's also a lot of fun being in control of your own business.

Over the last 30 years I have been an actor, drama teacher, head of year in secondary schools in the Bristol area and continue to be involved in education as a Governor of my local primary school. I have a wealth of experience dealing with problems and finding solutions in a safe and supportive environment. I am a qualified teacher, enhanced DBS checked, fully insured and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

​I had Hypnotherapy to treat tinnitus at the Clifton Practice in Bristol and when I decided to train I looked no further than the prestigious CPHT program which is considered to be the gold standard in hypnotherapy training.

Whatever your needs are I can help. I have worked with a wide range of clients but have a particular interest in helping children/young adults, sports professionals, educationalists, people working in the performing arts industry and parents who have suffered the loss of a child.

I work solely online and have clients in Europe, the Middle East & USA.

Successful Outcomes - The process is exactly the same as you would experience in a consulting room, but with the added advantages that we can see below.

Convenience - you can have sessions at home or your workplace, no more traveling to appointments. You can just switch on your computer, tablet or phone and relax.

Simple to book - All sessions are bookable online, so you can see what appointments are available, whatever time of day or wherever you are in the world. The process is stress free, quick and easy, so when you deicide you need help it is just a click away. Once you have booked, you will receive a confirmation email and link to your Zoom call.

Peaceful and Relaxing - Some clients may have anxiety around leaving home, or meeting people face to face, there are also the current issues around Coronavirus. An online hypnotherapy session takes all the uncertainty away, allowing you lie back, relax and feel better.

Confidential and Safe - All Zoom calls are protected by their updated security software and all calls from Time to Think Hypnotherapy are also run through a Virtual Private Network (VPN), so our conversations are secure and confidential.

Services

The initial consultation takes you through the process and explains how and why clinical hypnotherapy works. We will discuss your problem, what can be done to solve your issues and how quickly you can feel better. You may have questions and this is your opportunity to get them answered. For many people this session provides a sense of relief that help is available and they are not alone.

In the follow-up sessions we will talk about your week through 'guided conversation' and focus on the positive aspects of your life since the last session. You will then have your time relaxation session that lasts for about 30 minutes.

The trance state that you will go into is very relaxing and nothing to be scared of. We go into trance states all the time, while out jogging, listening to music, reading a book or watching a good film. So you will get used to the wonderful experience and look forward to it!

Anti-smoking Therapy is done in one session lasting up to 2.5 hours.
