Superb service from J W Wood Darlington. From beginning to end our house sale could not have been better. Gary, Sue and the team have been so friendly, courteous and helpful, that we now consider them friends. Gary's viewing and valuation were very thorough and his property description and photos were accurate, detailed and enthusiastic. The brochure was an object lesson in marketing, highlighting the best features of the property while not hiding the blemishes. As a buyer from Woods I was really impressed from initial contact to completion day. Sue is great with a realistic and honest approach and very professional. Jill showing us around the property again was full of energy and excitement and a fountain of knowledge about the property also. Her pictures definitely sold the house capturing potential. I've known J W Woods for 14 years now when I first bought my home from them and since then have gone on to buy a number of other properties. I can truly say they are the most informative team, the friendliest ever team as they have been together for like ever, and they are truly to be respected on all matters to do with buying/selling and lettings for residential properties and also for land. With their mortgage advice and key conveyancing contacts they can genuinely provide the entire one stop shop service. In this day and age with online selling I think quality is soon forgotten. Buying and selling property isn't cheap and involves many many thousands of pounds. I've always believed in you pay for what you get. Don't get me wrong, J W Woods are NOT expensive, but for the little bit extra you might pay over a "new kid on the block" who offers rock bottom prices you will reap real dividends, tangible rewards, which can only be obtained from a seasoned professional team. My property journey hasn't been successful by accident, it's been successful because of J W Woods. Adrian and his team where simply fantastic. They were professional and courteous at all times. From the initial appointment where Adrian took our property details, which included very carefully thought photographs which I was able to proof check. He explained the recent history of selling prices and offered practical advice for pricing our property for the current market. Tracey then took the lead and gave us daily and weekly updates of potential clients and arranged appointments.
