No, we ask the Client to provide their own cleaning products and cleaning equipment in order to prevent any cross-contamination issues between houses

I love the fact that I am offering an opportunity for people to become self-employed and set up their own cleaning business with the support of Time for You and at the same time offering a 'second to none' service to clients. It is great when I get positive feed back from clients. Clients have told me that as a result of getting a cleaner it has allowed them to spend more time with their family, elderly parents, and doing things they have always promised themselves they do but never had the time to get around it.

Up until I had my family I worked in the Life and Pensions Industry. I took a career break, and when I was ready to go back to work this Industry had changed greatly. At this stage in my life I wanted a job that I could work round my family life. I looked into many Franchises but loved the idea of what I could offer the public through this particular one. As I said earlier I am giving people to opportunity to work and at the same time I am giving families the opportunity to spend quality time together, families to visit elderly parents without spending time worrying about what cleaning/ironing needs to be done, I have helped a family make life easier for their daughter, who has learning difficulties, settle into her new home and enjoy being independent, this list is endless, and everyday is different.

I am the only person they will have contact with. It is my responsibility to find them the 'right' cleaner for their home. I am not a 'tick boxing' exercise, if I can not find the right cleaner for their home, I will be honest with them and ask for a little extra time to find the right cleaner. I will not put any cleaner into their home just so I can say ' that client is sorted', I will take my time to find the right cleaner for their individual requirements.

All cleaners have been kept up to date with Government Advice and Guidelines. I followup each enquiry from a potential client with an email outlining our cleaning services and charging structure and attached to this email is the information we send to cleaners re Covid-19 together with a Stay Safe leaflet. This informs the client what each cleaner has been sent in respect of how to carry out a clean etc in order that we are all 'singing of the same hymn sheet' to keep both the client and the cleaner safe

Services

We provide a cleaning service to small businesses ie dentists, doctors surgery, offices etc and private homes. The cleaner sourced for your home/business will be the same each week. Each cleaner is interviewed in their home, vetted and references followed up. The cleaner can do anything from, general housework to changing beds, washing windows etc, anything within the timescale allocated to each clean and the clean doesn't have to be the same each week. If you decide to appoint Time for You we will arrange an appointment, source a cleaner, who will then get in touch to arrange a 'meet and greet'. After the first clean we will contact you to discuss the clean and at the stage we are looking for both positive and negative feedback. Each clean is difference and everyone's expectations are different so it is important that we receive all feedback in order for us to provide a professional service going forward
