We aim to provide you with the same person every week (barring illnesses and holidays, when we will always offer you alternative cover). That way we hope that you will form a long-term relationship in which you and the cleaner get to know each other over time as we believe that this is the best way to get the most out of the service.

My previous experience with this company is mixed. I had some very pleasant staff, whom worked hard, one cleaner wishing to leave 30 minutes early, and another around 10 minutes early, which annoyed me, as there was still work they could do to make up the 2 hour slot. I was disheartened. The management stopped sending cleaners in November last year, using the Covid an excuse, stating their cleaners had returned to foreign countries. I never heard from the company again until I re-advertised on this occasion. I received an email from Don, wishing to apply to my advert, I highlighted, in reply to his email, that I was still on his companies books as a client, and awaiting for his company to answer my numerous text messages requesting a new cleaner. Dear Giles, thank you for sharing your feedback. We are so sorry that your experience with us was mixed. It seems that having initially provided satisfaction we failed to live up to those standards in the later stages of our relationship. We do always aim to provide a reliable and responsive service, but in your case your specific requirements proved difficult for us to meet. We do feel that the fact that we sent several different cleaners to you (our records suggests we tried six) shows that we very much cared about trying to find you the right person for your requirements but eventually we simply ran out of options in your area. We don’t really think we were using the virus as an excuse, it is simply the truth that our work force has been depleted and in normal times we could have carried on that search to find you the right person for a lot longer. When you re-advertised, you received an automated response from us and your reply to that email unfortunately got lost amongst our junk mail. Obviously this is our fault and we do really appreciate your bringing it to our attention. We are always keen to learn from our mistakes and as a result we are taking steps to get to grips with reducing the amount of junk mail we receive and in the mean time we have increased the monitoring of our email traffic to try and make sure that important emails such as yours do not slip through the net in future. We do thank you for trying our service and we wish you all the best in finding a satisfactory cleaner who will meet your requirements in the future.
