The best cleaning services and a great team!☺️

Do NOT work with these people. Avoid at all costs. They are a total waste of time and not good for your mental health and wellness. Here is why :

1- They show you all the kindness to get you sign the contract (including verbal statements that contradicts with written contract) and commit to an upfront payment of 13 weeks and whenever there is a dispute; you are asked to check the contract clauses. Yes, i should not rely on people’s words but only follow the contract, i know - and i will never do it again.

Example 1: we asked them what happens if we are not happy with a cleaner and this continues for a while and been verbally told that in such cases they don’t push for the notice period and end the contract to not put the customer in a hard situation - which they denied of saying after we signed the contract and had issues ; and asked us to pay for the full 13 weeks as per contract

Example 2: we’ve been told we can ask for a replacement as many as required if we are not happy with the service; but we haven’t been told that arranging a new new cleaner takes around 1 week which means you are left without a cleaner and this is a BIG problem if you are only getting the cleaner weekly meaning you need to do your own cleaning in the meantime. The company compensates you for this period but this has a negative impact on your physical and mental wellbeing as
you end up doing the cleaning yourself which is a must if you have young kids!

2- they show ZERO empathy to customers, don’t listen to them, they are not aware of something called “customer service”- probably because they get the payment upfront anyway and doesn’t bother. Instead what they do is defend themselves till the end and put all the blame on you with different accuses.

Example 1 : they issued me the invoice but typed my last name wrong. When i asked them to correct it, they told me it’s an offence and fraud to provide wrong name in a contract . Then once they realised it had nothing to do with me but was their typo- they simply sent a new invoice without even an apology

Example 2 : they kept telling us they will find someone asap - whereby we found out “asap” can be anytime up to a week. Clearly they are just trying to win extra time by talking to you on the same thing over and over

Example 3: we’ve been told the cleaner prices are increased after 3 days of signing the contract. We asked why didn’t they tell us this before and been told this is not in their control - this means you are committing on 13 weeks of payment and the prices can change anytime and you can’t leave!

Example 4: when the first cleaner is assigned; we asked if she is double vaccinated and been told she is. Then we asked for a replacement for her due to quality of service and only found out in the last minute that the second cleaner is not vaccinated. We asked them why they didn’t check this before assigning and been told this is not in our request list - clearly they were not paying attention our question for the first cleaner checking on the same topic. This caused us another week without a cleaner as it takes another week to find a new one (and they tell you everyday they will find it very soon) More...

It's a long story, I will try to make it shorter))) so I have asked Chelsea to come and see the house to give me how many hours a cleaner needs. ..she came and pushed to have a contract of 13 weeks, otherwise the cleaner couldn't start...I said ok...she gave 2.5 hours for my house, sent a cleaner that was half an hour on the phone, and cleaning 3.5 hours not up to standards...I had to clean another hour after her))) I called Chelsea, she said it's fine, she will send me another cleaner as the girl was unhappy I have asked her to clean my oven...lol)))) sking her to do her job O am paying for so today she just finished the contract even though I was expecting for a cleaner to come tomorrow...very unprofessional to do this with your clients..anyway...she was pushing me of finishing the contract on the first instance I said I am not happy and I need another cleaner...even though in the terms and conditions is mentioned they will have to provide with another cleaner instead...unbelievable how is she managing the bussiness with this rude attitude...on another note...they are not giving any training to the girls and has no idea how the girls are doing her job...what was funny is that Chelsea was convincing me all the clients are super happy...very bad I didn't read the reviews first...4.4 is a joke...all of them are negative...a few positive from their relatives, I beleive They replied of no fee received from me...what are you talking about))))? I have paid the girl, they didn't do any refund and never received the termination of the contract...rubbish More...

I’ve had my cleaning done fortnightly for three years, but have recently had very poor service. My flat wasn’t cleaned properly-floors not swept, dust on sofas, sink not cleaned, stairs not mopped. Sam was our coordinator and some-time cleaner for over four years. She always organised/provided an excellent cleaning services for us, she was really communicative and lovely to deal with, and sometimes went completely above and beyond (e. g., she organised a handover of our keys to our cat feeder when I'd left them the wrong set!). The first cleaner they provided was working 30 minutes less than we paid for (every week for 4 weeks, so 2 hours paid for and not worked in total- she didn’t spot the huge CCTV camera facing the front door), and I advised that she was not completing cleaning to the required standard. There was thick dust on sideboards and skirting boards, and the bathroom and conservatory were still water marked. I sent pictures to the office and advised them that they were charging us for time not worked. They provided another cleaner but explained that they “don’t do” refunds. Cleaner number 2... A lovely lady, but the cleaning was atrocious. She had this talent of somehow spending 2 hours making everything look less clean than when she started. After 3 weeks we sent the office more pictures of the thick dust on tables and sideboards, and explained that the cleaning was still to a poor standard. As we’d been charged for time not worked (breach of contract) without any offer of a refund, and as they had at no point checked in (by telephone or otherwise) to make sure everything was okay, I told them I did not want to continue with the service. I’d paid 12 weeks upfront, and I’ve been advised that they “don’t do” refunds. Still contemplating whether to take this further out of principle alone. Very disappointed, and concerned at the attitude of the office who aren’t even remotely concerned that they’re charging for time not worked. I used the Weybridge branch and had a terrible experience. I had 4 different cleaners and like the lady previous, I paid the quarter fee upfront and never had a penny back. Just threats about my contract. All 4 cleaners were in adequate and my final cleaner was an actual loony. I have since found myself a cleaner that can actually clean to a suitable standard. I do not rate this company at all. We had a cleaner for years through the west London branch. We paid for two hours every week but were lucky if we got 1 hour. I eventually found another company (which has been great) and ended my contract with Time For You. I had paid the agency fee upfront so I was due a refund and I’ve still never had it, despite it being almost a year now. I have contacted them so many times about the refund and I’ve never received a reply, yet they were quick to reply to my initial email cancelling the service.
