I have recently started working with Tim and I’m so pleased that I made the decision to do so. In my first block of 10 sessions I regained my motivation to train, I’ve lost 3kg of the 10kg I gained during Covid and I’m getting fitter and stronger! I enjoy training in a way I have never done before and I hope to gain the confidence and competence to be able to continue to do so moving forward. I’ve been training with Tim since November last year . My case was complex , as I’ve been recovering from a heart attack , previously I was a competitive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu guy , running my own academy. Tim has guided me with running and speed and now building up fitness , strength and conditioning. The training has been catered towards me specifically and my requirements and Tim has done brilliant. Tim was a recommendation from pro rugby player, who told us our son would really benefit from Tim’s experience, knowledge and work ethic. He wasn’t wrong!

The improvement in our son’s fitness and speed are amazing but what has blow us away is how Tim has managed to build unbelievable power behind our son’s running. Our son is only at the very begging of (what we hope) to be a long journey in playing rugby.

Tim has inspired confidence, provide the speed but most of all made our son a formidable force on the rugby pitch (in both the rook and down the wing)!

I’m a semi pro athlete, struggled with an ACL injury. I thought I’d lose my pace and running technique, I took tims classes since he was my speed coach at FC halifax town where I was a scholar, and the differences he made and the results he got for some of my team mates including me was very very good. He was super professional but also has good vibes and doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable. My sessions are intense and range from vigorous training to get me back playing at the standard I once was. I've been working with Tim since September and have seen a massive improvement in my fitness levels. From the offset, Tim took time to tailor a programme that was personal to me, taking into account all factors such my age, body type and medical conditions. Having a relatively low level of fitness, I was a little apprehensive but he is so approachable and makes you feel welcome and relaxed from the first session. He always goes above and beyond and I've been very impressed with his knowledge of nutrition and he is always happy to offer advice. He takes particular care in ensuring you perform each exercise correctly to avoid injury and get the best results. He keeps the sessions interesting by introducing new routines on a weekly basis. Training with Tim was the best decision I ever made for myself & my health... not only did he help me to get over been a gym phobic he helped to lift my self-esteem and realise I can achieve new goals if I just put my mind to it. Been a busy mum who works a variety of shift within the NHS I quite often found it easy to pick something up and eat on the go (normally something unhealthy) or just throw something quick in the oven but with the support & advise from Tim he made me relook at my eating habbits and made me realise that skipping meals wasnt the key!!My journey isn't just about losing weight it's more about feeling healthy and feeling good about myself...been able to look in the mirror and be happy at what is looking back at me.....I can honestly say Tim has and will continue to help me on my journey and I couldnt recommend him enough.
