I’m Tim, an ex-team GB and Ghana Sprinter with over 17 years’ experience competing at the highest level in my sport.
I’ve competed at the Commonwealth games, World Championships indoors and out and the European Championships.
Since retiring from the sport I have become a fully qualified Personal Trainer and I continue to broaden my knowledge while working with Leeds Carniege Rugby Union, Halifax Town FC and Leeds Rhinos Netball.
As an experienced athlete I have first-hand knowledge of improving fitness levels, changing body shape and improving strength and conditioning with my elite approach and training methods.

5AM starts are always awful however the only time I would look forward to them was to have Tim push me to do more and prove that I can do it! He is so supportive and a brilliant personal trainer. PT sessions are low key therapy sessions! This man is amazing at what he does, and over the past 5 months he has pushed me to a new level of fitness. I'm a rebel so don't follow the programme like I should but even without doing as I'm told I have seen massive results from training with Tim. I started training with Tim following a lower back injury that had niggled for months. I remember on our first session I couldn't do a single squat with a 8kg kettle bell due to the pain in my back, particularly down one side. A couple of months later I was happily loading weight in the squat rack and from not been able to sleep well due to discomfort I was relatively pain free.......when I did my exercises properly of course � His knowledge is brilliant and I would recommend him to anyone with lower back pain. I’ve been working with Tim for a while, he is a great personal trainer. My aims are to get fitter, stronger and improve my physique. began strength training with Tim in May 2016 for a period of three months. During that time I have noticed a marked improvement in all areas of my fitness. My personal best squat has increased from 60kg to 95kg, and I have increased from a 60kg barbell hip thrust up to 105kg. I have generally become stronger in all areas in the time that I have been training with Tim and I have learnt new exercises which I would have never tried before.
