Tim and his wife were very accommodating to meet all my needs for my wedding photographs. He designed a customized package that fit within my budget range and the pictures turned out exceptional. It was great that he gave me access to all the photos he took, as well! Tim took great shots, including all the details from my reception as well as action shots of our guests and my groom and me. Be very specific about what poses you would like to have done for your wedding photos. Make a list of everyone that you want to be photographed that day and assign a person to help the photographer make sure all people have been photographed.

I would HIGHLY recommend booking Tim Ray to do your wedding photography. The photos from my wedding were amazing. While I loved all the posed portraits, what I was really impressed with were the outstanding candid shots. He truly captured the joy of my friends and family as they danced, chatted, and celebrated all day long. Also, he is very willing to work with you to get exactly what you want accomplished - he even made a pit-stop on the way to our reception to take some photos of us with our dog at our house since pets weren't allowed at either of our venues. When I found Tim Ray Photography by a google search for wedding photographers in WV, I was very pleased with his work. As being a fine arts photographer myself, I was a little picky about who I wanted as my wedding photographer. Takes amazing pictures! Able to make any room look grand. Meet with him before the date if you are wanting specific pictures so you can give him a list otherwise you may not have time on the day of to get everything you wanted but he does a good job getting most of it on his own anyway.

My husband and I were a little worried about having a wedding that was 4 hours from our home and finding someone that could capture who we are without knowing them. Tim and his wife did an AMAZING job of this. Our pictures are great, they were timely and just let the night happen without trying to pose us for shots. I first saw Tim's photos when I visited Lakeview Resort and I knew he had to be my wedding photographer. His pictures are amazing. He pays such attention to detail and he is wonderful to work with. Easy to work with and easy to contact ( email or phone) Sometimes our schedules do not mesh, but we make plans and hook up.

I like the none structured photos that show the personality of my daughter and son.

Not only was he so professional during the time with the family, but he blended into the group. This is important to get those wonderful shots. We also love his wife, Stefanie, who helped us.
