At TigerT Nutrition, I focus on the overall quality of your diet by identifying improvements using natural food-based sources. I look at improving the digestives systems health to improve absorption. Generally I do not use vitamin supplements as these can have poor absorption, include contaminants such as heavy metals and create vitamin imbalances.

We live life in challenging times. Far from having the greater quality downtime eluded to in the 1960's, we now cram our days with work, play, friends and family. Juggling to fit everything in. Food often comes secondary despite our best intentions. Then our body crashes and we wonder why? We follow all the advice in the media, we take our vitamin supplements but still something is not quite right. That's why it's good to talk to a professional, to make sense of the "don't eat this" sound bites and understand what will get you back on track, feeling energised and vibrant again. It's only when you feel better that you realise how bad you felt before.

I love having a job were I can help others and to be constantly researching and learning about a subject that has such potential for health.

My journey with healthy eating began 35 years ago. As a teenager I drifted into vegetarianism for ethical and health reasons. I stopped eating sugar after a childhood of regular trips to the dentist. I read books about the healing power of nutritional therapy.
Jump twenty years and I found myself suffering from fatigue, headaches and muscle pain. I some how managed to hold down a job but could do little else. After three years of little progress, I visited a nutritionist. This was the start of my journey out of ill health. Those books I read 35 years ago started to make sense and I wanted to know more.

I can work with you to develop a healthy diet which may:
