I recently had a small propane leak and immediately contacted Tiger Fuel. Josh T. recently cleaned and checked my propane fireplace. The glass hasn't been that clean since the fireplace was new! He also checked the fireplace to make sure it was running smoothly and must have made an adjustment because I no longer hear a whooshing sound when I turn it on. Incredible service from some truly nice people. Been with them for decades - both fuel oil and propane. Years ago on Thanksgiving day, as I was starting to put the turkey in the oven, the propane ran out. I called Tiger, expecting an answering machine, but got a real person, who immediately dispatched a propane delivery truck, and saved our dinner. I recently decided to switch propane vendors for my home and after doing research I decided that Tiger Fuel Company was the vendor for me. Pricing and customer service played a huge role in my decision. Once I understood the commitment that Jim Stapleton and his team in Appomattox had to their customers I knew that I would no longer be an account number instead my unique propane needs are handled beyond my expectations. Jim treats his customers the way he would want to be treated and will not let them run out of fuel even if it means delivering it himself after normal business hours. There isn’t another propane company in the Lynchburg area that could come close to this level of satisfaction and/or service.
