I used Tiger Elite Construction to do a ton of work on three rental units. Jason was fantastic to work with and did high quality work. We did floors, painting, cabinet modifications, repainting and refacing. Jason always keeps you informed and up to date on the progress of your project and is somebody you can rely on. Sometimes surprised come up during the job, especially in older homes like mine. Jason made an effort to deliver good news every time with any bad news, and he also was sure to come up with creative solutions and ideas to help keep the costs reasonable even when there were surprises. I bought my first investment property and I had a lot of work to do on it. I feel blessed that Jason was the contractor I chose.
Jason did a fantastic job at floors, painting, custom kitchen cabinet doors, new countertops, backsplash and bathroom alcove tiling. Jason is the kind of guy you want on your team. He takes care of you and has you in mind at all times. We ran into numerous issues due to the age of the property, no fault of Jason's. Each time Jason called with a surprise, he always made sure to call with some good news as well. Not only that, he always came with with creative solutions. His expectation management is top notch, and you'll never be left wondering when or if the job is getting done. Trustworthy, reliable, and overall a great guy to work with. we operate with the following:
-a phone rough estimate first,
-if the budget seems right for you the next step is paper estime for full review
- our next step if accepted on previous steps is to do a site visit and a meet and greet with our clients
-no money is given to us prior to us meeting with you and doing a proper site review.
- while operating during the project we ask for our clients if possible to not be home, if they need to be at home to not be present on the same floor as our team to help maintain safe distancing procedure while completing your project.
- on completion we wipe down the floors with lysol wipes to disinfect the areas we have been in , and all handles we may touch.
