Michele and Lakota were amazing! I went in with a really small budget and we managed to find the perfect dress in the prom part of the store. It arrived really fast, and Michele was able to get me the exact color and size I wanted! She was really helpful and accommodating, just the right amount of input without being pushy. Inside there is a wide variety of styles and very friendly staff. I can’t remember who helped me, but she was very friendly, listened to what I liked/didn’t like, and found dresses for me to try on based off of this. She was definitely able to pick up on how I felt about dresses I was trying. They even offered to make a follow up appointment for me if I wanted. Very fair prices and I also never felt rushed. Me and the other bridesmaids bought our bridesmaid dresses here. We had a great experience. I don't recall her name, but the woman helping us was very friendly and helpful. She was also very understanding regarding our strict budget, which we truly appreciate. We all loved the dresses we bought. I would give this place 6 stars if I could! Plus size Vancouver brides - start your search here! I really wanted to be able to go into a store and see, touch, and try on dresses in real life and that can be really challenging if you are not a "straight-size" bride. I was also tired of being told that you can only buy plus-size dresses online in most cases...When beginning my search in New West on the bridal "strip" I had several questionable experiences, all the dresses were very expensive, and the salespeople seemed rushed and I often felt judged. I was often told "oh we don't have dresses in THAT size. Coming to Tiffany's Bridal was a very different and much more positive experience. I was assisted by Rhoda (I think the manager) who was very nice and VERY patient when I wanted to try on many dresses and then have my maid of honor try on many dresses. There was also another sales associate who said she normally works in the prom section who was also very nice. Rhoda brought us colour swatches, made suggestions, and was just overall very nice and easy to work with. I felt the prices were very reasonable here and I didn't feel judged at all for my size. I would definitely recommend this place. Hopefully Lloyd is there because he is so friendly and genuinely bride focused! We were working with a modest budget and he didn't judge or push for sales or for blowing our budget. My wedding dress shopping experience could not have been any more perfect. Michelle was extremely patient, knowledgeable and kind. I bought my dream wedding dress here. I have been looking for the perfect dress since before I had a boyfriend I looked up countless designers online and found one I loved. Tiffany's bridal was listed as having a sample of the dress I wanted. I booked my appointment and I was the only Bride in the store my 2 sisters mom and grandma came with me and we're very welcomed. I was able to try on as many dresses as I wanted. I tried on several styles with veils. I wasn't rushed at all and was allowed to take as many photos as I wanted. I then asked specifically about the dress I had been looking at and they had the exact one I wanted! It was my dress I knew it from the first moment I tried it on. They provided me with the perfect veil and ordered my dress in my size and in a shorter version so I wouldn't have to get it hemmed. I was offered a great deal by the owner if I bought it that same day and thanks to his generous offer I was able to afford my dream dress and veil. So very happy from the staff and service that I received at Tiffany's. I was getting married a few months ago and I'm not a bride that wanted to spend a ton of time and money on her wedding so I only had three months to get everything including the dress. Needless to say, it was stressful.I bought my dress at a different store but when I brought it home to try it on I realized they had altered it incorrectly and I needed to have it altered. I called and made an appointment at Tiffany's. Tiffany's is only a few blocks from me so I figured I could take a cab there since I don't have a car. Well my cab never showed up and I was getting so flustered because I needed to have the dress looked at ASAP. I ended up calling the store and telling them my situation. The woman at the store was very understanding and helpful. I explained that I was only a two minute drive but it was pouring rain and my dress was very heavy so I walking with it was not an option. I asked if there was anyone there that could drive to my house and pick me up and bring me and my dress to the store, and they were so sweet enough to say yes and that's exactly what they did. After driving me there, helping me with my dress and helping me find THE PERFECT VEIL, the sales associate also drove me back home as it was the end of her shift. I met the Tiffany's team at the 2017 Vancouver Wedding Show, and was amazed by their service and dedication from the moment I started to look at dresses. I ended up finding my wedding dress at the show, which was 18 months before our wedding, and the team made the selection process so much fun, ensuring I had all I needed to make my choice. They not only took care of my dress until I was ready to pick it up, but took care of minor alterations and added a beautiful two-point bustle for me in the weeks before our special day. All while making me feel like I was their only customer any time I was in store or on the phone with them. They never rushed or hurried me along, and answered any and all questions I had. I purchased my dress here right at the cut off of 6 months. For some reason my dress got stuck in Toronto for awhile which was cutting it close for alterations. Llyod was very helpful in tracking it down. When it did arrive Lloyd got me into alterations right away! In the end, my dress was still a bit too big, but we did everything we could within the time we had.
