Deep clean carried out to highest standards by 4 workers.

Biohazard cleaning carried out by Lucas and his hardworking team. Funeral directors and police recommended we use him and it was a great suggestion in these difficult times.

Our uncle died in the house and we required a thorough biohazard clean as suggested by police, local funeral director recommended Lucas. He was nice on the phone and explained service in detail and a team of 4 worked tirelessly for 3 days to complete job, this was probably the most difficult job but they kept us well informed and finished a great job. Lucas was very very sorry for our loss and he made several trips to our home in his large van to drop off valued stuff. He even dealt with other tenants in a very polite manner

I have seen a man carrying a large machine on Saturday in Queensgate, Kensington and asked what was that for, he politely said, it’s a carpet and upholstery cleaning equipment. He even explained how it worked. My carpet needed doing and 2 large sofas so I ended up asking if he had time to come to my home next door to where he was going to work, we shared phone numbers and he given me an hour notice

I must admit he was extremely polite and very funny and I and my kids really enjoyed his company. He spent 4 hours in the house and his work was speechlessly professional

Price was great too but his politest attitude was unreal.

There’s one thing worth mentioning that he even helped an elderly lady cross road before driving away.

Lucas and his team provided a seamless and stress free biohazard cleaning service. Our brother was found dead 2 weeks after his death. They dealt with loads of blood, faeces, urine and vomit. They were so apologetic, very compassionate, extremely helpful and worked 3 days round the clock to clean and clear all out.

All the valued items and items of sentimental value were taken care off. We paid half of what every other company asked us and had a respectful and can do attitude!

Nothing seemed a problem. They were even so friendly towards neighbours and the businesses in very close proximity.

I phoned over 40 Welsh companies to come clean blood from our mums carpets and upholstery after she had a massive fall. Unfortunately none of them were willing to do the job or would not answer phone.
