On customer service he is a 5/5, no doubt. He answered my request late one evening; he'd ordered the parts within a day, (knowing exactly what to do without seeing it - but did then check before ordering! ), and had it back to me, with great value for money within only a few days. There was a consequential issue (hence 4, not 5) which he fixed in 24 hours and gave me extra service on top. A great guy, great prices and someone I'd trust with my laptop anytime. Thanks Ateeq! I emailed TicTocTec PC Laptop Repairs very late at night regarding a problem with my 10" HP Pavillion Notebook. After explaining my problem, I was quoted a very reasonable price and was offered a pick up and return service.
The following day, my notepad was collected from my home address, repaired and returned within just a few hours. The repair has been carried out to a very high standard and I am extremely satisfied with the excellent service offered by TicTocTec, which was also a very reasonable price.

I messaged on a Bank Holiday and was called that evening, laptop picked up the next day. I thought I'd destroyed my laptop.
...it wouldn't even let me do a system restore. Two days later my laptop was delivered back to me in perfect condition. Throughout the process I was kept up to date with progress and costs. I was reassured all the way and was professional throughout.
That's it I've found my computer person, would recommend and use services again.
