We came to Hopkins to go to a different restaurant, but ended up at Tibet Corner after walking by and finding ourselves unable to resist. The hostess was very polite and helpful, seating us quickly and then engaging in very friendly conversation while providing excellent service with frequent drink checks and fast food delivery.We ordered naan, and I ordered a paneer with onion and peas in a curry sauce and a chai. My friend ordered the vegetable curry and a smoothie of sorts. The drinks was ready quickly, and the food followed shortly after.The drinks were delicious, hitting the spot on a hot Saturday. The food was hot and filled with flavor. Spices were balanced and rich, and the textures were perfect. Tiber Corner has the best Shahi Korma. I also love the beef Momo's. I always go here when I am dogsitting in Downtown Hopkins and I always leave wanting to come back the next day.

Been here a few times and the food is always spectacular. It seems there is only one person that works the front of the house (same guy every time) but he is friendly, helpful, and knows the food like the back of his hand. There aren't too many good restaurants in the neighborhood, but it is good there is an excellent place like Tibet Corner to set the (wet high) bar. Tibet Corner has amazing food at a reasonable price. The Indian menu items are very well done. Tasty and good portions. The Tibetan menu items are unique and delicious. These are dishes I haven't encountered anywhere else. I have been back several times to have favorites again and to try new items. The restaurant is cozy and decorated with a personal touch. I thoroughly enjoy eating here, and I've been multiple times. They have a lunch buffet I haven't yet tried. Overall, great location, food and service. The amount of patrons isn't high at any given time, so the service is good but their sometimes a little overwhelmed with the amount of guests. This is my favorite spot in downtown Hopkins. They have many of the Indian standards you would expect, but the most interesting part for us has been the Tibetan dishes. Don't be misled by the humble appearance, the food here is dynamite. Big take out business, but the dine in experience is nice as well. Service is attentive, speedy, and courteous.
